If you need assistance rehoming a special needs cat, we may be able to help. We will need some specific information to begin the process. Most of the cats we have helped rehome were adopted through our community on Facebook or Instagram.
We have very limited space at the sanctuary in Colorado, and it is a last resort for cats that have exhausted all other possibilities for adoption. Rehoming assistance will be provided before sanctuary is considered. Due to a fire, we have been unable to take new admissions for over two years, and have found adoptive homes for many referrals since unofficially beginning the rehoming outreach program in Summer 2018.
There will always be a need for sanctuary care in extreme cases, and some cats become adoptable after a period of stabilization. We hope to have a new facility by 2020 so we can expand to help more special cats that need us.
